Our Teas
We have a variety of tea options to suit your retail, catering & hospitality needs, including our biodegradable pyramid teabag range and our loose leaf tea range of over 45 different types. We are delighted to be able to share our enthusiasm and joy of tea while being able to celebrate the Highlands of Scotland through our very own Speciality Tea Blends. At present we have 13 unique teas and infusions that are all hand-blended here in Mallaig.
Our Team
The West Highland Tea Company was born from Rachael Robertson's love of tea in April 2020. Having attained her Master of Fine Arts and gaining the opportunity to travel to China, Japan, India & a number of other countries she was able to channel her great love and fascination for tea into what this lovely company is today. She designs and prints all the labels in-house and we are delighted to share that we have now grown to take on our first team member as well!

Summer 2024 will see the opening of our new tea blending and servery space. This £113,300 project has been supported through funding from Highlands & Islands Enterprise to reduce our carbon footprint and become a greener company as we grow. We are delighted to expand our company and increase our team and we can't wait to bring new people onboard!
